The magnet quality is great. It snaps together after walking through easily. I have a little issue going inside since my door is metal causing the bottom magnets to get stuck to it but that is not a fault of the product. My dogs and cat can easily go in and out of the screen. The only thing that could have made this better was if the screen were an inch or so longer to close the gap on the bottom. It is small but it’s there.

This screen fits perfectly and works perfectly. It comes with a set of thumbtacks that allow you to position it into place more permanently. It also comes with Velcro and an adhesive backing for the Velcro to attach it into place. I prefer to add an extra layer of assurance and install 1/2 construction staple to make sure the Velcro stays up and in place. It really does the job and when you walk through the magnet bring the two pieces of screen back together to provide a secure closure. I installed this on an enclosed screened in patio I built recently on the back of my home. This works better than traditional screen doors as we have a German Shepherd who like to go in and out regularly. This screen keeps the opening closed up at all times.

Magnetic screen door

I put the screen door up and about ten minutes. It was easy and seems to stick to the door well. The magnetic part opens and shuts easily. So far I am pleased with this as long as it stays attached to the outside of our door.
